NIB buys old fines from an Italian municipal police that has fallen into poverty and will then bother and threaten the people in the Netherlands. That you get a few hundred euros increase, which then disappears in the pocket of big Patrick from NIB. Uses the term 'judicial' when it is not based on anything. It is time for the Dutch judiciary to take action against these types of fraudulent organizations; it smells of scams namely. Don't fall for it, do NOT PAY and don't get scared!
