My Business Grade NBN service along with router, switch and wireless access points was ordered and activated in a very timely manner. Hardware was pre-configured so everything just plugged together and worked. Super responsive support team.
Fantastic provider. They answer my calls straight away. My last provider had a call centre and I would be on hold for an hour on average. Next Telecom is the real deal. Any business that wants a true Corporate Telecommunication and Fibre Internet provider should give these guys a try.
