I have the pleasure of dealing with Next Telecom for a number of years and there are several things that set them apart from other carriers. They do respond to your call, they are based in Australia . they are prompt with responses to requests. Most of all they are pro active in there offers and & have the flexibility to mould a solution for you. Best of all they are professional in their dealings with you and do not treat you like a number . My Business Grade NBN service along with router, switch and wireless access points was ordered and activated in a very timely manner. Hardware was pre-configured so everything just plugged together and worked. Super responsive support team.
Fantastic provider. They answer my calls straight away. My last provider had a call centre and I would be on hold for an hour on average. Next Telecom is the real deal. Any business that wants a true Corporate Telecommunication and Fibre Internet provider should give these guys a try.

We have recently gone through the process to change from Telstra to NextTelecom at our head office (NSW based), prompted by the NBN coming into our area. Previously we had attempted to change to one of the other 'big' players however there were hurdles and delays at every stage. We were referred to NextTelecom by another satisfied customer (Vic. based) and we we were initially very happy with the service provided by the sales team (S.B.) as well as the quoted rates, so we decided to move ahead as a customer. The whole process has been made very easy, we are both a telephone and internet customer and we could not fault the communication and support we have received throughout the process of connection and porting. I would agree with all the comments/ aspects mentioned by reviewer 'Tim Barritt' here. I would also like to make a special mention of one of the members of the NT team, K.L., who has supported us with fantastic communication and patience. Her product knowledge is fantastic and this has given us great confidence as well as practical assistance in this process. We are also very happy with the products that have been delivered and connected. If you are considering NT as a supplier, we would recommend them highly .

Worst Company I have ever dealt with. Arrogant Customer service that take weeks to get back to you and are always apparently "busy" phone lines always not working and internet cuts out. Will never recommend them to use!

A great medium sized Telco, unlike the completely faceless & blameless larger Telco's. I use them for my business telecommunication services. Very easy to deal with, great that their service/call centre is based here in Australia and your Sales Rep is only a phone call away. Awesome Customer Focused company that I would definitely recommend to any prospective business customer.
Excellent personal service. I have just had NBN installed at my office in Qld and the Service Manager Justin went above and beyond to make sure it was done on time. So nice speaking to real people who can actually help instead of an overseas call center.

Next Telecom provided my firm an immediate 1/3 cost savings compared to our previous voice and internet providers. In addition to that they have offered very valuable advice on issues not directly related to their services, and are always 100% available when the rare service issue arises. Next Telecom did our internet based phones several years ago. Rang today for a little problem. First person that answered the phone was able to help me, logged in through Teamviewer and a few mins later its sorted. Very knowledgeable. Good experience.
This company could not be trusted for me, and they did not deliver on what is agreed. Next Telecom was approached to install a commercial internet connection in December last year, they agreed to have the install setup by 1st April. A number of follow ups were made with them to ensure that the connection was on schedule, and for details of what was required on our side. They never responded with the details, and consistently broke promises on when they would respond. This was despite calling and escalating the issue within the company. In addition, they also changed the material terms of the contractual (36 vs 48 months) agreement between quoting us, and providing the contract without consulting us.

Cannot seem to keep the international service capabilities connected. Then the emergency client service numbers are unanswered. All of this with a delayed porting of our numbers, the sales manager asked for a referral?? Really, you ask for a referral when you cannot get the basics done correctly
Next Telecom is one of only a handful of telco providers in Australia that do a very good job around the products that they support. Their biggest strength would be excellent account management team and support., including adequate, clear and flexible billing. Strategically, they call offer excellent options for data networks (internet connections) across Australia, arguably with the best rates as well. besides data, a very good hosted PBX and SIP provider. A pleasure working with them.
