Couples cheating. By joining them in tricks. Immediate membership. Called twice in a row. Put on hold both times. Playing clay-rich music. The first time they recorded, they said nothing and they also hung up. The second time I have spoken to someone. I explained the story, said nothing about it, offered no apologies or showed understanding. That is very rude and weird. There is a lot of tax money on the prizes. National postal lottery is false.

Groet

They continue to send advertising. Then you have to call a payment number for a long time. Rude staff. Guess they keep sending letters. Called again this time promised to stop. Again they continue to send advertisements and make phone calls. So it is just policy not to implement this. I hate this criminal bastard company. What bastards. I hope that the EU tackles them and that they go bankrupt. This 'company' is a growth and deserves to be destroyed.

Unsolicited mail. I call to the head office and they say they can not help to stop the post because of members only administration. After consultation and urging, post appears to be regarded as a refusal. Weird, yes. You do not want to contact these organizations with their extremely dubious intrusive behavior.

WARNING: do not sign up.
Costumer service: ZERO
Fake ad. No bonus given even when they say they will give. Another "good" Netherlands service. Usual

After a phone call complaint, they gave me the bonus they supposed to give in the first 6 weeks. From 1 they go to 2 .

We, too, fall ill from all advertising by the Postcode lottery. several times a week there is something on the bus. I save it and everything goes back to the letterbox once every 2 weeks. then they will figure it out ... only for this reason will I never become a member of this irritating lottery.

NB. I already received a message from the N P L a few times that I just like that! won three free auctions ?? Many times everything filled in, first everything was fine, if I would play along !! Now suddenly I get 2maal the message that there is ANYTHING wrong had gone (frankly) it seems too good (!!) To be true zijn.Ik expecting such a thing, you're not a philanthropic institution, which unfortunately I always flick. (This is not intended, excuse). But to be honest I don't know what to believe anymore. Can I expect some explanation from you ??? GW Mazure-wesselink.2566 ET The Hague.

nice to win a prize! in order to receive the prize we have to drive about 30 km to pick up the prize in Zwolle at a ritual worth 25 euros and then have to pay a lot fee and the travel costs if every prize winner has to do that the environment is burdened again all in all there are many flut prizes at the postcode lottery. with a lot of paper and printed matter that I think is completely unnecessary, and that these costs can be better spent on charities, 99% are just waiting for a cash prize and not for stroopwafels and coupons where you have to add money yourself, the mass participates to win and not to settle

Sends very difficult young men at the door that you just can't get rid of. Today, November 8, 2019 5.10 pm, registration will take place. A young man in his 20s rings at Vossenberg 11 4847AT Teteringen. I say that I don't want to buy anything and ask if he wants to leave. He does not go all the time, and keeps talking about 'thank you action'. I say I don't want a thank-you action, and I ask him to leave the site. He refuses. I repeat my request. He does not leave and keeps talking. Eventually I have to push him off the ground with a soft hand, which he happily allows. Terribly pushy post code lottery gear! Can the colportation of a government agency (postcode lottery) be allowed?

I think you cut down half the size of the Netherlands on trees to continuously annoy people with letters about how you have a 0.0001 percent chance of winning. TAKE IT IN AND PUT THE MONEY INTO MORE IMPORTANT BUSINESS LIKE AUSTRALIA

P. S. I have thrown 6x letters from you in 4 months. YOU ARE TERRIBLE.

2 free lottery tickets were offered at the door. Then called that after those 2 tickets I didn't want to continue playing. Then I agreed to take part in a paid 1 month for 14 euros and then no more. There was immediately 28 euros debited from my account. Free tickets therefore cost just 14 each.

Unfortunately I have to conclude that the price handling is dramatic. won a 5 euro hema gift card in June. send them in an envelope with congratulations on your prize. EVERY mail aid can see and feel that there is such a card in it and will probably get a delicious tompouce from the hema. At least that is almost necessary because the postal code lottery says that they have sent that ticket up to 3 times. So I call 4 times already !!! with customer service for a price of 5 euros. THIS MUST CHANGE. is no longer possible. or send a voucher by e-mail or by registered mail with track and trace. or in a neutral envelope !!! Prizes at the postal code lottery .... a DRAMA !!!

What a big disappointment. Years member with three lots. Day away won. The link no longer appears to be valid and Postcode Lottery does not want to do anything about it!
If you call about it, you also get lying staff on the phone.
This code is valid for three months, is NOT in the mail !! Very duped !!

Sending addressed advertising time and time again is of course a rather dubious sales tactic. However, the Postcode Lottery is now completely over the line with this very aggressive advertising campaign. Sending a "reminder" that will make people mistake this letter for an important piece of mail and thus open it more often. This is of course a ridiculous and disgusting action by the Postcode Lottery and I am absolutely not served by it. An apology letter to anyone who has received this ad, or at least a general apology through a public medium, would be very appropriate.

Very annoying all the stupid prizes such as flowers, stroopwafels and now board game, who now plays board game and moreover everyone has cupboards full of that junk.
Transfer an amount or give it to charity. and stop with the stupid prices I have no time to pick up a bunch of flour worth 2 euros. a waste of time and the environment.
I am going to cancel my subscription to stop these irritations.

I first try to get in touch before Christmas about changing account numbers. I want to cancel the account number of my deceased wife. Before Christmas, therefore, it is impossible to make contact, they only have 1 operator.
After Holidays again contacted several times not to get a telephonist on the phone, they are busy from 10 in the morning until the evening with 1 telephonist. but money from the account is done very quickly. But contact about something simple is not to be found at Poelmans club. scandalous

I don't really believe in lotteries and actually made the decision to join in and make a commitment on a whim. Everything nice and nice, until the moment I wanted to stop. The accessibility was terrible, while the NPL claims it is easy to cancel. At the first callback request I was just put on hold again for half an hour and no one on the line. The second request was not honored. Canceling in writing seems to take weeks. So I reversed the collection. Today I finally got someone on the line, a woman, commercially minded, loyal to NPL, but friendly and professional. She is therefore the only reason that I give 2 stars and not 1. I have told her that she is too good for this company.
NPL, do something about this.

They send unwanted advertisements 99% of those advertisements end up in the trash. For this a lot of trees have been felled for Jan Doedel !!! People often state that this is undesirable. And this has also been in the media several times. But the zip code lottery simply shit!

First of all, I am not in favor of lotteries. My parents used to participate in the state lottery and they did not get any further than their own money. We continued that for a few years as usual, but found that we lost a lot more money than we won. Then all those so-called charity lotteries came. A fact, money is transferred to charities, fine. But it is only a small part of what they make in profit and disappears elsewhere (supervisory directors, directors, management, the state, etc.). The most annoying thing I find, and given the reviews many with me, is pushing to get involved, much through deception and you only get off with a lot of effort. Every week advertising, every time I have won a lot of money, but never kissed. Every time all those famous Dutch people on TV, who I think are not sure, but also fill their pockets. It is not for nothing that Gaston visits those houses. It is time that besides call me, do not email me, do not come to the door, etc., no more lottery junk for me, I do not want to come etc.

Continue to call, email and send you unsolicited messages after you have canceled your membership. Make sure you don't end up in their system because then they will go crazy, like Jehovah's witnesses, keep coming every time and try to get that foot in the door ... Scary club ...
