This experience was great in the beginning. Great co workers. & a really great team. Management showed true colors and terminated people as soon as they were hired. Termination and giving final warnings is their favorite thing to do. Especially to the hard working. Really Racist.

I previously had a few negative things to say however they have resolved a major issue in a very caring and appropriate way.

Naphare has not paid two of my health care bills for treatment done in August - I am receiving delinquent notices for them. One lab invoice was paid by me but Naphcare has not reimbursed me

Non compliant with State Nursing Board guidelines. Non-equitable treatment of staff. Inappropriate comments made about staff in public settings. Inexperience of Management is not developed by Corporate or upper management. Reports of inappropriate behaviors/threats against employees cause retaliation against reporting employee vs appropriate/ethical discipline. Consistently short staffed and poor/unsanitary work environment.

NaphCare is one of the few companies that actually provides the care part of healthcare in their business. Their employees look out for more than the bottom line.
