If you are a former employee writing a bad review, you're probably under the impression work means doing nothing and getting paid. Serioisly, this company GIVES BACK to its employees who put forth effort. My experience working at NACS has been nothing but pleasant. Ive been in the assembly buisness for almost 5 years and this is the best place yet. The staff is friendly and professional. When we excel at our output numbers the company would buy us lunch and give us $25 gift cards to target. The company comes with benefits and 401k as well as pto. I also received a xmas bonus and I haven't even been here a full year. In short this place is great. Honestly this is the best place that I have worked for yet and the most productive. We are always growing and changing policies to enhance our product and satisfy customers as well as make it a suitable work environment for all employees.
