I called every number and department repeatedly and no one ever answered!!!!!!!!! What are the odds? Why have energy assistance if you can t communicate with them because when they are too busy they shut their phones off....damn sure overpaid
I applied for help in 2016 now im homeless and i called 20 times even went to the office but no one calls me back no one answers my questions .i never get the help i need .but lots i know get help in 1 to 2 months .im a elder on ssi with medical isdues and still cant get any help from Arches. They just give me the run around. I have to sleep with a sleep apnia machine for 1 year i have not been able to use it due to beong homeless. I live in a Van .its horrible. Why can't anyone get back to me or let me know whats going on with my app.?? I need off the streets. Now theres coved19 and all these fires the smoke is dangerous for my helthband everyone elses. Why can't i get the help i need .? 2016 to 2020 4 years waiting for help. This is not a fair company .i don't do drugs or drink. But need help. Ssi only goes so fsr. 782 a month doesn't help in this world .what can you do to help...???
I just called this past week because i am needing help with rent. Me and my child are renting a room from a home owner and the lady that answered told me they can not help me. So, there really isn't help out there for everyone!
First, I was very impressed by the social distancing practices. Very professional atmosphere and stuff who were professional and caring. Last but not least, thank you Kathy for working with us
Such a great organization that does so much for this community.
They do a lot of good for people who need help. There is many programs available.
