Mudfords Ltd

The service I received felt disorganized and lacked the attention to detail I expected. Communication was often unclear, which made the process frustrating. I was left wondering about the next steps. Overall, it didn’t meet my needs. 🌧️🔍

Good place (shop). Very good quality items, very competitive prices. An urgent matter buy cargo rachet straps. Strongly recommend

Fantastic service !! Ordered some sandbags and they arrived the next day. The sales guys were also very helpful, informing of the best type of bag to order.

Very slow at responding to emails for quotes even when I called them to ask what's happening they say they will come back by end of day but dont. Obviously dont want work.

Had a few problems getting exactly what I wanted but they really went the extra mile to fullfil my expectations. I would definitley use again!

Needed an item urgently so paid the extra to get next day delivery. Item didn t get delivered and unable to speak to anyone. There are much better companies with better customer service. Hoping they will refund me now.

Had a custom made tarpaulin constructed for a trailer. Very happy with the whole experience. Daniel Millington was very helpful, he answered my queries quickly and concisely. The tarpaulin itself is just what we ordered (which unfortunately is surprising in itself these days) and was much cheaper and of better quality than other companies we had researched. Well done Mudfords.

Mudfords made me a brilliant boat cover that has kept things lovely and dry and clean over the winter, standing up to storms, seagulls and general muck. Not only that, their service, advice and overall helpfulness was outstanding. I'll be using them again at every opportunity and suggest you do the same. Thanks all!
