I recently had an experience that fell short of my expectations. The service felt impersonal, and I didn’t receive the attention I was looking for. 🥴 The staff appeared overwhelmed, which may have contributed to the lack of personal touch. I believe that a bit more focus on customer engagement could go a long way. 🌱 Overall, it was an experience that didn’t quite resonate with me.
