I had high hopes, but the experience left much to be desired. The staff was friendly, but the wait time was longer than expected, and the communication regarding my treatment plan was unclear. It felt rushed, and I didn’t get all my questions answered. 😕 I believe attention to detail and patient engagement should be prioritized. Hoping for improvements.
