I have never failed to be disappointed at this store. Lots of stock, some good staff but always some contrary types at the builder desk to tell you they're closed/can't help with that/not able to advise on a Saturday. Union heads who let this store down.
Customer service training and standards need to be applied. Customers have choices; some employees don't seem happy to be there.

Such potential yet some staff not all staff hold it back most notably the plumbing department one person in particular, it s difficult out there at the present time but maybe show some gratitude towards your customers. I hope management can address these issues as there are some really great team players on board. Long term customer........

He took plenty of time explaining makes and features and would even send me pictures to help me decide. He was so helpful and professional making it a really easy process over the phone. A great staff member on the team.
