Love this store but is there any chance you can increase the staff at the plumbing and hardware sections, as it takes longer every time to get served...

I have never failed to be disappointed at this store. Lots of stock, some good staff but always some contrary types at the builder desk to tell you they're closed/can't help with that/not able to advise on a Saturday. Union heads who let this store down.
Customer service training and standards need to be applied. Customers have choices; some employees don't seem happy to be there.

Love this place, you can get everything here for a good price ! Definitely would choose Morris over Woodies ;)

Bought a fridge here today the lady that sold it to us could not have been more helpful. She even gave me a lift with it and gave me some rope to secure it. Top class

Always a pleasure to deal with the staff. Very helpful and curtious regardless of a sale or just advice.

Such potential yet some staff not all staff hold it back most notably the plumbing department one person in particular, it s difficult out there at the present time but maybe show some gratitude towards your customers. I hope management can address these issues as there are some really great team players on board. Long term customer........

I bought all my kitchen appliances here last year. I did not have to attend. I did it all over the phone with the help of Dermot. He took plenty of time explaining makes and features and would even send me pictures to help me decide. He was so helpful and professional making it a really easy process over the phone. A great staff member on the team.

I went to Morris to buy some things for my DIY shelf and found this beautiful hook and the rope,perfect for what I envisioned.
They have a big range of painting, tools and gardening as well.
Its always a must go option to get these things.
