My Wife and I just re-fi'd ,. Actually 2nd time in a year. Both times w/ Fred Lear, Senior lender at Monarch. I have reduced my Mortgage twice now and went back to Monarch because of the experience w/ Fred. Fred was on top of the entire process, from App to Closing. He was very communicative and made it quite easy to go through the process. He explained the need for all of the documents that were required. And I believe he got me the best rate available at the time. Can't wait to make my next payment, LOL, at the new reduced amount.

Jeff Geary and his team have successfully helped me and many of my clients over the years. Rates and terms are disclosed and very competitive and closing times are much faster than industry averages. I would recommend at least talking to Jeff before committing to a lender. It has paid off for myself and others.

My experience with this mortgage loan company was extremely disappointing. I cannot put this underwhelming experience on just one individual as I dealt with a loan officer, assistants, and underwriter expectations. The poor communication and the overwhelming number of documents requested made my experience burdensome, frustrating, and profoundly stressful. I thought this was the norm until my husband reached out to another bank which was immediately welcoming and helpful. We went with the new bank. The bank approved monies and requests that Monarch could not. Minimum documentation was requested, communication was timely and effective, and the entire process was seamless. Unlike Monarch.

Jeff & Cassie make a wonderful team! They were actually able to get my clients cleared to close a full week prior to closing which NEVER happens during the Spring/Summertime. Thanks to their whole team for all of the hard work they put in, my client loves his new home and was elated with how smooth the process was for him. Initially everything started right Maurizio was my Loan officer, we come to close loan and suddenly numbers change I don t want discuss my mortgage being almost 200$ more but way Adam was handling my decision not to pursue closing say everything about this Company!
After I explain to Adam that for me doesn t make sense to sign new loan with same numbers after they jump from 1058$ initially to 1243$ he just HANG UP on me :-))) Basically when he saw deal is off and they can t make money on Customer He just HUNG UP :-)

Our luan officer Akila was amazing. We had shopped around prior to contacting Monarch. They matched the rate and the fees charged were extremely lower. It was an easy refinance to take advantage of these extremely low rates. We went from a 30 to 25 yr, down by 1.5+% and saving on our monthly. It was a nice touch when we received the wine basket as a closing gift.

Sharon was very informative and diligent, always accessible at any time and ready to answer all the questions and get into the details. The lending approval process was smooth, most of the documents could be signed electronically. Monarch Mortgage system also provided many informative personalized videos for each step of the way from application and underwriting to closing. Highly recommended!
