My experience with this mortgage loan company was extremely disappointing. I cannot put this underwhelming experience on just one individual as I dealt with a loan officer, assistants, and underwriter expectations. The poor communication and the overwhelming number of documents requested made my experience burdensome, frustrating, and profoundly stressful. I thought this was the norm until my husband reached out to another bank which was immediately welcoming and helpful. We went with the new bank. The bank approved monies and requests that Monarch could not. Minimum documentation was requested, communication was timely and effective, and the entire process was seamless. Unlike Monarch.
