I love the Moleskine world and here in Milan the orders were fantastic, lots of information and advice to finish the personalization of a note with my diminutive ..... I'll be back soon!

Agendas very nice but the shop assistant in Via Dante was rude: after choosing the agenda I approached the cashier to pay, looked at me and did not say anything even though I said "I have to pay".

After that I give her the card to pay and convinced of having to insert the pin I approached the pos but she very rudely told me "do not you know that in our shop under 25 does not fit the pin?".
Not even a thank you or a goodbye.
When you pay 25 for a night A minimum of courtesy should be guaranteed.

Moleskine is a well-known brand to present itself.
This small shop right in the center offers much more than what it displays in the window.

Nice store in an easy location. It was helpful to be able to touch some of the items I would only normally find online. The laptop bag is a good find and is on my list of items to consider now. Staff was friendly and accommodated this English-speaker easily.

Antro of joys and sorrows for those who are fans of Moleskine products, given the prices altini. In general good customer service and to browse before buying helps to understand if you found what you are looking for, which is not always possible in corners and stationeries.

Negozio affollato, commessi frettolosi e che danno informazioni errate: esempio "prodotto fuori produzione" che invece trovi ancora online e in continuo rifornimento. Ottimo solo per vedere il prodotto ma poi conviene comprarlo online su amazon.

Small but well-stocked shop. The shop assistants are available and ready to help. Despite the full shop they managed to follow us and satisfy us, it is not a foregone conclusion in this period of holidays and sales.
