Typical condo with pool and clubhouse. Gym is small but no one uses it so it's ok. The hallways are bigger than typical condominiums.
Security is good. Parking is limited.

The place is clean, safe and generally peaceful. They also have pools where families can bond. They have a 2-feet pool where children can enjoy, and a playground too. A 4-5 feet pool for adults is also available as well as the gym for occupants/tenants who wants to get sweat!
