- I started to solve the case 2.7. - Other than via the Microsoft infoline, it is not possible
- After a few weeks of waiting on the line, I chose a different tactic and managed to call the line abroad, addressing different requirements than ours. There, I managed to persuade the operator to set up a case, although he said he was dealing with other requirements
- 7.8. I was contacted by an employee from the Czech Republic saying that the case may take a while! 2 weeks
- in the coming weeks, the communication was absolutely sad, and on the basis of a call from a Microsoft partner we are dealing with, we managed to let the case be assigned to someone else, then again to someone else, and then again to someone else
- the case was successfully closed on 6.9. more than! 2! months after our first steps

I understand that as a non-profit organization we are not an interesting customer for Microsoft, but I have never experienced such ignorance and malfunction of support (especially Czech). During this process, several employees joined for us, for which we could not create mailboxes, we could not start moving our server to the Microsoft cloud solution or take any steps to administer our accounts with Microsoft. I cannot imagine that we were a classic company and couldn't do anything for over 2 months.
I sincerely hope that I will never have to deal with Microsoft support again, and I would like at least someone from Microsoft to read this comment and try to do something about the disastrous state of support. I'm sure I will also share it with other channels so that other customers can see how Microsoft can access them in a similar situation.

Nice building and even better background of Microsoft and Skype

Willing staff, by mistake we got there unrecognizable, but they still led us through the building and answered a lot of questions. They also showed the working atmosphere and the workplace itself. The workplace was beautiful and modern. If you are interested in IT or anything else related to this company definitely consider a job offer here.

The purchased software cannot be installed. Technical assistance does not work.

Nice and modern building, but I do not work in it, so impressions are always only for a moment's visit. But how can Microsoft surprise me? The last visit was that there was no way to run a PowerPoint video at a conference with a guy from Microsoft. How then can I work without a problem with the ordinary mortal?

... Absolutely terrible customer support !!!!!!!!!! You can't finish it, and instead of being connected to a living person, the phone will eventually refer me back to that impassable support communication protocol! ... GO TO POINT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! + Another pearl - a friend managed to call someone "alive", specifically Miss, with whom he needed to solve the problem. They had fun for about an hour, but the lady didn't help because he tried everything she advised, but it was useless .. And you know what? This "customer call" cost him 280, - K So thanks to the famous Microsofte! : P: (((

I haven't been to the World Championship for a long time. Last in the old building. Now they have a much larger and separate part for conferences and training.

Great building for company not so great as was in the past...

Very nice equipped. I was here at a Microsoft software workshop and the room could be heard and seen perfectly, the seating was comfortable and the refreshments were fantastic. Budu I will definitely look forward to more workshops from Microsoft.

Headquarters of a world-famous company in our country. A beautiful modern complex that is well represented. Activities for the public, who have the opportunity to get to the campus. Lectures, competitions, meetings. I like to go there and I have to praise the beautiful view from the roof.

Pleasant place for seminars and meetings. Of course, it depends on who's meeting. But there is one mistake. T-mobile has the Internet inside the building at a speed of only E. And the wifi here did not work. Parking next to the building - 40 kc / h

from the ground floor till the roof, wow, what a view and great offices for the management and meeting roons.

Beautiful office, terrace with barbecue and a rooftop garden, relaxation areas. Microsoft has five floors. Differ in primary color. There is a children's room for employees' children, a soundproofed music room where you can play or sing. Refrigerators with ice cream, yogurt. Vegetables, fruits, nuts, chocolates and soda are unlimited for employees.

Visiting a great event for customers. Everything worked, provided great snacks.

Beautiful modern building. Unfortunately, the public does not get much. I went here to the Minecraftcup final. Only the reception and the first floor were fascinated by me. Modern design, meeting rooms, bar and much more. When we got the chance to see the rest of the building, I did not hesitate for a second.
And it was worth it. Brightly divided by search with different specialties, outdoor terrace with barbecue, music room, rest zone, etc. The building is dotted with modern technologies but on the other hand it is true that a person who is not interested in the subject too does not call the elevator, but ... why someone like that would be in Microsoft's building. I definitely have five stars for me and I think that this building is a nice bonus for MS employees.

I needed help with Skype, where there were obviously changes that I wasn't familiar with (and couldn't even log in to). After completing several telephone loops, I finally got to the Slovak-speaking Mrs. Zuzana (her surname refused to tell me), who informed me that Skype does not have telephone support and let me find what I need on the Internet .... omg !!!

I only visited the conference hall and the observation deck, but both were worth it.

Very nice place for workshops, lectures, conferences and the like. They could be more lenient with the wifi access, surely! Had one all day event with no wifi access because of it. Visited more than a few times.

I often go there for training, parking nearby is possible right at the BB Center for 60K - per hour. The building is very modern inside and it's definitely worth a look at the roof :)

If you go to training, you can eat well (and it's free). Lecture halls are nice, with good acoustics and comfortable seats.

I was here at the Microsoft Vision conference. Reportedly on the future of industry. But they described the style three years ago. The lecturers praised each other, it was impossible to ask anything. Registration did not work. The software crashed .... I kind of felt like Alice in Wonderland.
As an action by firefighters in a village, would that be good, according to Microsoft Vision? Embarrassing and unsuccessful.

Microsoft Win10 and their update ... every nightmare. Error (0x80070032) .. is a tragedy that cannot be bypassed. In addition, running the update each time crashes the Internet network, running other programs. And it repeated ad nauseam. About Microsoft Update can not talk decently. I do not understand who clicked on so many stars, probably it is the employees in the job description.

A visit to a Microsoft training camp immediately put me in depression. Everything is secured, automated, but when you can't even call an elevator and open the door, it's just awful. We are no longer like humans, but like robots.

Microsoft's Central Office. It's pretty much there - corporate clients. Otherwise, as a regular user, nothing in the Apple store spirit, which I would recommend.

I come here as partnet cadto for meetings and seminars. I also had the opportunity to go through the whole Microsoft at the bottom of the door and awesome :-)
