The merchandise was beautiful but the staff ( owners from the pictures on their web page) were rude. I was in the store for 15 minutes and my presence was not acknowledge until I was leaving. With such poor customer service it will be interesting to see if they will be opened much longer.

This is the only place I shop for my girlfriend, the staff is so kind and helpful and they have some of the best brands you can't find anywhere else.

Loved this store. The staff was friendly and the clothing and jewelry was amazing! Can't wait to revisit.

DISAPPOINTED that my email for my wife's item to be shipped was IGNORED ,they charged her $10 for shipping when the website says "FREE in ONTARIO"

Over priced and snobby employees. They ignore you and feel entitled because they work there. I was in the store a few days ago and no one said a word to me (3 girls including the owner) I find that they only talk to you if you re a regular or sense you have money. I genuinely feel uneasy when walking into the store because I sense the judgement. I ve had enough and won t be returning anytime soon & not to mention the prices are over priced while I can order certain items online for much cheaper.

This store has very a very nice selection of name brand clothing, however BEWARE of this snobby, stuck up better than you attitude from the girls here. Very pretentious. They failed to make me feel like I was an important customer. I was not acknowledged when I walked in, they continued their conversation with another customer (who was clearly a friend or regular customer). They made me feel like I wasn't good enough to shop at this store. I overheard them gossiping about another customer after she had left the store. I felt uncomfortable the whole time I was at this store I will not return or recommend.

Only women's clothing store worth my time in Niagara.. Amazing staff, great brands, been a shopper since day 1 !! Great tip.. they keep a record of purchases so if your significant other is looking for gift ideas all they need is your name and they can look up size and items you might already own (they even wrap purchases guys...). If you are not looking to make the trip to Toronto to find highend clothing this is your place.

I shopped here for the first time ever recently and I have been missing out! The clothes here are beautiful and there is a large selection of very nice pieces of jewellery. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I ended up buying a necklace for my mom and she loved it. I will definitely be back !
