Bought a copy of a key, it worked great. I checked my bank statement and was accidentally charged extra. I contacted the customer service number and they were very nice. I spoke with a rep in Boulder CO and she refunded all of my money for the inconvenience.

I have had a dozen keys cut at the local OSH with this machine. So much better than tracking down the impossible to find clerk and waiting for them to help you. Can't believe these aren't in every hardware store.

Cut the keys good; even on some of the keys I had that were no longer "crisp" out of the box. No failures thus far and I don't foresee that occurring upon observation of the visible CNC tech in your boxes. Good job.

Good idea, poor execution. Keys aren't even close. And refund policy seems comedic at best. Next time I'll just wipe my butt with the $4.00 and flush it down the toilet.

I've duplicated more than 20 keys on minuteKEY machines, and every one has worked well. It's much more reliable then having it done manually. Also quicker. Did I mention that every key worked?
