Minamark Beach Resort

The hotel is not big, but it is very pleasant to stay in it. Good location. All rooms are clean, with a balcon and a beautiful view. The food is ok. The beach is beautiful, sandy. The sea is too warm, clean with beautiful colors. Staff in hotel is very nice and kind. Especially thanks for my friend Bahaa Gayed who was very, very kind and polite, and made our holiday much better.

It's very nice hotel where it's almost in the midtown you can reach it easily and you can go out and discover the area around.

The food is tasty and a lot of varieties to choose.

The pool is cozy and there is another pool for kids , there is also kids area where they play and got their faces colored.

The rooms are clean , the furniture is acceptable , the TV need to replaced by modern ones.

The animation show is outstanding

It's smaller than I expected, one main swimming pool, small main restaurant, and small beach. However, the staff are great and super friendly. The food also was good with wide variety to choose from.

Nice location-at the heart of the city. Friendly stuff. Amazing food!!! Meat, chicken, duck and salads are lovely!!!!

The staff was very friendly, the rooms are clean and reasonable, the view is a sea side, the garden is beautiful and the seating is sweet, it has a children's play area" swings and slides", the beach is sandy and you can swim , the kitchen is clean and the food is varied and beautiful whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The most important thing is a beautiful hotel location " in the middle of the country"...

The hotel is a good value for money , but lacks to alot of services. The room has no carpet. Bathroom is too small. Everytime you use the shower the water comes out so the bathroom floor is wet all the time. Cleaniness is fine and also food. Beach area is really small. Everything is small compared to photos. Didn't like that the lobby has no WC neither the beach. Only 1 WC in the swimming pool which is really bad. But generally it's a nice hotel.

We had a very bad stay here. Actually it started before we arrive.
I booked from booking then I called the hotel for 3 times to check and confirm the reservation but they never answered.
In addition, they asked us to carry our bags with them as they have no luggage car.
Then we figured the hotel is very old, rooms are old and dirty.
The room has now towels, I called the reception 2 times to answer me and no one come.
The safe is closed and we can't save our valuables.
When we went to the lunch it was crowded and no tables or chairs. When I found an empty tabled after 10 minutes, the waiter get us a dirty chair and cleanse it with his hands without using any towels or cleaning tools.
It was my worst experience.

The staff is very friendly especially the beach area manager, restaurant manager Mr. Romani, the bar staff (Wissam, Shaaban&Kerolos) and the animation team (Mohanad) but the reception staff are not qualified to work in Locanda with a 2 star rating .

One of a few offering a heated swimming pool through winter. Excellent location, small menu buffet but clean and tasty. Good staff. Mattress and pillows need upgrading. Overall I enjoyed my stay at a great price.
