Great time

We liked this tour! It was very informative. There is quite a bit of walking and stairs to climb but it was worth it. We loved the caves and the beer tasting. We took the 3:30 tour we started the tasting around 4:30. The server advised us the gift shop closed at 5. We were not able to ...

Arrived at 1201 pm, appointment time 2:00pm, it's 5:40 pm now, still waiting for call to a door, apparently truckers have an unlimited amount of time to wait. The product should be ready by the appointment time or they should cancel the load. 50% of the times I've been here it's like this.

Pros: FREE tour and free samples at the end were great. Touring the cellar was my favorite part of the tour as well as learning about the history of Miller in Milwaukee.

Cons: This tour feel very corporate and lacks authenticity as you will find in other tours. Guides were college kids versus...

Quite disappointing: a video, a walk in the street, into a former beer cave, then a bar, then back to a packaging line, and end of tour. And during the tour you get a few beers. You don't see the brewing process. You only get some spoken information about that. Other brewery tours do that better.

With any big city, I always appreciate when there is ample free parking. The Miller tour had both. I also appreciated that the tour itself was free and included samples. In total, the tour + tasting is about an hour long. You get to see some of the operations but not a lot (for obvious health, safet...

This was a thorough and in depth tour. We were pleasantly surprised that we got to "sample along the way" instead of having to wait until the end. What a novel and refreshing concept. Also pleasantly surprised to get a chip to try another beer at our choice of more than 20 local watering holes after...

Nice to be able to sample a variety of beers and see where they are made and hear a bit of history of the company for a very reasonable price. The tour could be better laid out. There was a lot of walking back and forth, covering the same ground

Entertaining and informative, plus free beer.

There's a lot of walking and a lot of standing, so be prepared for that. There was also a lot of talking. Lots of talking.

The Ice Cave was the highlight for us. I'm kind of a hop head so most of the Miller/Coors line tastes like water to me. Their...

Worh the money to learn about one of the largest breweries in the country. You get to see the original factory that is still standing and the old Miller caves along with today's modern version of brewing and packaging. Nice buildings, informative tour guides and 4 free samples of beer all in about ...

I've done plenty of brewery tours, both small and large scale. This one was a huge let down! I think I learned more stuff about Miller from OTHER breweries in the area than I did AT Miller

There's lots of walking and steps, so if that's not your thing, this won't be fun for you. I was really look...

So we sit down and 8 guys on a bachelor party are behind us. The language from these imbeciles was horrible. Kids are everywhere, they didn't seem to notice or care. Me my wife, two kids had to leave. Went to the usher working aisle T420 who placed us in a new seat away from the "party". I wish...

So this was my first Macro brewery tour and it was amazing. The tour was informative with a short video and beer sample in the begining, nice walk and another beer sample in the caves, then we went to have a small break in the taproom with a beer of course. The guide was always sharing fun puns, his...

This "tour" was a waste of time and money. The projector for the initial video history was broken but we were guided to the theater anyway where we sat for about 5 minutes, drank a beer sample and left. Next we walked several blocks, then up about 50 stairs through a 100 degree stairwell for another...
