Wow this company is awful. They treat their employees like trash while those on top make bank. They are so in debt they can't even give raises. Don't work here. Don't shop here. If you're already there get out before they go under

Received bogus invoice from 2 years ago from this company for a drug screening done at my doctors office. It's over $600. (And my insurance is awesome). My pee isn't that valuable. I'm in the process of having them investigated.

Lab gives results in a day or 2 . I have seen lives being saved with this company because of the accuracy of information. If you would prefer to be susceptible to false positives the visit a practice that uses a point of care cup or a lab Corp or Quest that uses immunoassay testing before definitive testing .

HORRIBLE PLACE. My doctor had some basic labs done including a drug test. I came up positive for drugs!!! I don't do drugs not even prescription drugs or even drink.! I am a naturalist and vegan. I have a state job and have to get screened every 6 months through another company and have always been clean. Not only that I got a bill for over $300 dollars and because of the apparent positive reading my insurance won't cover it! These people are fraud. Thanks a lot rip offs. All doctors and Insurance companies should not use this company for their employees and patients. My doctor now thinks I have a problem. I DON'T.

I would never have chosen this office if it weren t for my doctors office being bought out by them. IMA was amazing with amazing staff and appointments were on time 95% of the time. The minute Millennium took over it went from 5 star to 0 stars! The Fort Myers office on Metro Pkwy looks like a flea market now and the office staff has changed to very sloppy unprofessional people. It looks like they have sold all the equipment just to keep the lights on and that isn t even enough! More light bulbs are out than on in the waiting room. Since Millennium took over every appointment has been at least an hour late. Do yourself a favor and find a real doctors office that cares about themselves. They seem to only care about getting your money rather than being a good health care system.

we have been using them for several years. nothing but great experiences with them. timely results and always someone available for questions. the reps are great and I have personally been to their lab in San Diego. wouldn't use any other lab

No damn Stars! My husband took his monthly test and failed. Some kind of barbiturate was detected, he is on heart meds so he will NOT take anything at all. I've read so many other posts and this lab needs to be shut completely down. I can't believe they are still in business. A lot of people have lost out on a job or medication taken away just because these tests are Wrongly accusing honest people. Shame on them. A Class Action Lawsuits needs to come together.

My provider put on the lab requisition to contact patient if insurance would not pay prior to running the test. They didn't check with me prior to the test to say it was a do the test or dont do the test they dont check with insurance before they run tests. They at that point should have called me so I could decline the test they did not
When I called customer service they were of no help just said that wasn't the way it works. REALLY!!! It said call patient. It was a Dr.s order for them to call.I hope they go out of business.
