Nice place only I don't like is the water is not safe very dirty

Been here during my swimming lesson with profluid. They have very clean pool area and water.

Its a very nice and quiet place to relax. The employees are very accommodating to every one. So i recommend middleton apartelle CDO 3star

My family used to stay here every year for our annual visit to the divine mercy shrine. We loved it here because we can cook our own food and they have a pool. Rooms were fine. Aparatelles have two bathrooms. It was good for us since we are a big group. But their rates increase every time we visit. :( tapos saba kaayo sa gawas labi nag naay magparty. Di ka katog tarong.

Maintenance to its amenities/facilities is a major concern for them.

During April, 2016, my wife and I stayed six nights in the Middleton Apartelle at a cost of just over 2500 Philippine Pesos per night. No breakfast was included, the Wifi did not work at all in the room, the shower head had to be replaced before it would work, and the room we had was advertised with a kitchenette, and we reserved and rented that so we could prepare breakfast each day. But no stove was included! We had to request a stove....and the "Stove" was a one burner portable electric cooktop thing only. Then each day when we took a shower, or tried to, the water pressure was so low it barely worked. The office and restaurant area is very hot....there is no air conditioning. We feel sorry for those employees. We were very unhappy with this place, and we will never stay there again, and we will never recommend the Middleton Apartelle to any of our friends or relatives. In contrast to this, we left there and went to the O Hotel in Bacolod City for four nights, and after that to the Dao Diamond Hotel in Tagbilaran City, and in both those places, the accomodations were much better, the Wifi worked in the rooms, a wonderful all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast was included in the price, the showers worked perfectly, and they provided free bathroom kits, etc. The price per night at O Hotel was only 1620 Php and the Dao Diamond was only 1990 Php per night and they also gave us free shuttle service to the seaport or airport! Their apartelle is infested with bed bugs! Disgusting!! I had so many bites after our stay there! I wish they would do something about that. Bed bugs are very nasty creatures and can give you an itch that can last upto a month

Poor, poor accommodation. You can go inside whenever you want, but when you start sitting down or bringing foods, they ask for corkage. And they ask for too many payments for petty things, such as bringing water and bringing anything is not allowed.

Good food with an excellent customer service. The pool could be 4/10.

they dont accomodate early checkin, they will let you wait until 10am before you can checkin

Clean pool, clean room. No seat on the CR. Good parking, good security. Refrigerator good, TV can't connect DVD player.

A home away from home! Nice to stay! Ambient is great! Nice pool! Family's best place!

big space, clean pool, feels like home away from home

First let me start by saying that this is not my first time here. The first time I would had given it 3 stars, but seeing that there has been no improvement we're going with two star.
The place is falling apart and the prices have increased in the past 6 months. We had to change out the burner three times before we had one that actually didn't shock you when you touched the pot.
Cats everywhere, including in the apartelle, trying to eat your food or digging in the trash. Oh and don't forget the ants everywhere too. So make sure you the windows are closed when you're in or by the pool.
THE pool, last time I was here they were cleaning the walls of the pool which was great. They have not touched the walls since. There is algae growing along the walls leaving it with a slimy feeling.
There's is more I can go on, but let's stop with the negatives.
The good: Staff is awesome, very friendly and kind. The area is guarded and private from the public.

very bad service.. needed maintenance. maring lamok and not comforting place. i tried to cancel my accommodation because of what i see ( the worst place to stay) they didn t return our money we end up going to other hotel. if your planning to stay here expect that it is worst place ever in cdo.
