Working here at Berg I found that the upper management are there to help there employee s, the atmosphere here is a family oriented place, you are treated with respect, the work ethic is a get it done approach and do it right the first time, teaching and safety are a big part of the company and always learning new things in the industry, the equipment is up dated when needed and maintained, new technology is used that is available for the industry, they are committed to the costumer and will provide any support necessary.
