Great looking campus in Istanbul business district.

It is a very large and beautifully designed office. Microsoft officials in Turkey and the MENA region on the Istanbul office was found in good investment. Conference rooms and meeting rooms also host many useful events.

The staff were nice but it wasn't helpful at all
I had problem with my NEW surface and they had no customer service deparetment in the company nor outside it to check it atleast
they only have a number
that only spoke turkish!!
Nor even a trusted shop to go...
I was really disappointed
I had to take it to another Microsoft (another country)
They fixed the problem in less than half hour by sending me a special key immediately to my email to fix it
Its sad how I had to take it to another Microsoft branch just to do what they were supposed to do ANYWHERE
since they are all "Microsoft" ..?

The customer representatives we are looking for with 0850 do not talk nicely with the customers. They are not helpful. They speak very rude. Please, they should be corrected as soon as possible. It has a beautifully designed modern architecture. You can reach Zorlu Center with a 5 minute walk.

Especially the technological equipment it has for educational activities is quite impressive. But transportation is a bit harder than I expected.
