The staff were nice but it wasn't helpful at all

The staff were nice but it wasn't helpful at all
I had problem with my NEW surface and they had no customer service deparetment in the company nor outside it to check it atleast
they only have a number
that only spoke turkish!!
Nor even a trusted shop to go...
I was really disappointed
I had to take it to another Microsoft (another country)
They fixed the problem in less than half hour by sending me a special key immediately to my email to fix it
Its sad how I had to take it to another Microsoft branch just to do what they were supposed to do ANYWHERE
since they are all "Microsoft" ..?
