I've been trying to contact them for a week over the telephone number provided here. It always end up with the voice recorder. I've a simple query which can on be clarified by them. Without that I'm holding on to purchase of a much needed laptop. I wish they take locals also seriously.

Microsoft Sri Lanka is the only genuine company that imports Microsoft products such as Operating systems, hardware and software, such as applications, and is the best provider of information related equipment in Sri Lanka. It is highly recommended for all the electronic device users, because of its user friendliness and it helps anyone ranging from beginner to experienced user.

Nice office... But I would like to see bit.more of a sophisticated office environment.

Good place which organize lots of trainings and promotions for microsoft product.

During the seven and half hours period I have tried to contact this office more than 10 times but was unsuccessful. It is a real disgrace to the world richest company Microsoft to maintain this type of uncivilized company in Sri Lanka.

There is nothing strange about this practice as many Sri lankans are not punctual and do not have enough courtesy to support their customers.
Sri lankans has their own ways of customer service in they have not come no we need to the customer service in Europe America and other civilizations world.
At the end of the day,the reputation they are tarnishing is the reputation of the world biggest and richest company Microsoft.
the sooner the Microsoft remove this company as their agent the better for the Sri lankan customers.
Shame on you Microsoft staff in Sri Lanka you need to go to Europe to learn the customer service skills because you are a bunch of uncivilized people.

I dont know about their services but the place is beautiful and i would love to work in a place like this. Visited microsoft for an IEEE meetup and the experience was very good

I called them. I got my phone call answered in seconds. They were really helpful. I had an issue with my Word 2016. They are friendly and concerned about their customers. I have no complaints about the quality of services. I am really happy. Great customer service. Great quality. Great products . We should have many companies like Microsoft They are customer centric They listen to their customers. They are a world class company. They are truly unique in their business.

Recommenced to buy Microsoft product here. They give product taring very often for experts and beginners for free.

Being the local office of a global tech giant, it's a great place to visit if you're a tech enthusiast. A lot of monthly tech meetups are hosted here and they are certainly excellent hosts. The people are very friendly and helpful.
