Mi5 Print & Digital Communications

I highly recommend Mi5 Print. I purchased some of their COVID PPE face shields for my dental clinic, and it was absolutely worth it.
The product quality was fantastic, and their customer service team did whatever they could to help me when i needed it. I will definitely be purchasing from here again in the future.

Keep away from this company. i send out to get business card printed. after 3 weeks still no cards. Every time i call they gave me different excuses. Please don't waste your time with these guys.

Here is my experience.
I placed the order for "Business Cards" online on April 10. I received a confirmation that the cards would be ready on April 24.
On April 24, I called the phone numbers on their website, nobody answered and all I got was an answer machine. After around 10 tries I was able to talked to live person (receptionist) and she said it's going to be ready on April 29th. I called back on April 29th and the cards were not ready again. Finally, the business cards were ready on May 3rd.

When I opened the box, I was in shock as the cards were cut incorrectly. The order was for custom round corner business cards with only 2 opposite corner cuts, however all corners were cut and each corner was different and out of shape. I returned the cards right away and asked for a refund. However the print manager said they are going to re-print and make it right with a rush order. I agreed to this, I was promised that cards will be ready by May 8 th. It wasn't ready.

Finally I received "Ready for Pickup" email and right away I went to MI5/Boss Logo to pick up the cards.
When receptionist brought my cards, we both were in shock because corners weren't cut.

Print manager wasn't there so we called him to ask about the job, he said cutting blades wasn't sharp enough so they sent the blades for sharpening and job will be done tomorrow also they are going to ship to my address.

Today is May 17 and cards never shipped, I asked for refund and they said they do not provide refunds.

I'm a graphic designer and working with different trade printers for last 20 years and I have never experienced anything like this.
Nobody cares and communicates. Worst trade printer ever.

as a marketing firm and printing for client i always look for good companies to work with.

mistakes in colors mistakes in cutting and over all worst customer service i have ever seen. bleed lines and color issue from there side.

would not recommend them or use them again

i would give them a 0 out of 5 , I Ordered from Bosslogo which is purchased or running under MI5 Print

i ordered business cards which took over 2 weeks to get printed, when i came to pick up, there were different color tones of same color.

company said its not there problem, after fixing the issue on my side and confirming the color is all the same they reprinted after fighting them for 3-4 months.

after they reprinted there was white bleed lines on all cards after they shipped it to me for fee they said sorry your problem, told you its gang run.

im not in printing business and as a professional company they should let customers know there is issues or mistakes....

worst company i have ever worked with for printing and would never use them again, as i am a marketing company i expected better service or correcting the issues.
