Here is my experience.
I placed the order for "Business Cards" online on April 10. I received a confirmation that the cards would be ready on April 24.
On April 24, I called the phone numbers on their website, nobody answered and all I got was an answer machine. After around 10 tries I was able to talked to live person (receptionist) and she said it's going to be ready on April 29th. I called back on April 29th and the cards were not ready again. Finally, the business cards were ready on May 3rd.

When I opened the box, I was in shock as the cards were cut incorrectly. The order was for custom round corner business cards with only 2 opposite corner cuts, however all corners were cut and each corner was different and out of shape. I returned the cards right away and asked for a refund. However the print manager said they are going to re-print and make it right with a rush order. I agreed to this, I was promised that cards will be ready by May 8 th. It wasn't ready.

Finally I received "Ready for Pickup" email and right away I went to MI5/Boss Logo to pick up the cards.
When receptionist brought my cards, we both were in shock because corners weren't cut.

Print manager wasn't there so we called him to ask about the job, he said cutting blades wasn't sharp enough so they sent the blades for sharpening and job will be done tomorrow also they are going to ship to my address.

Today is May 17 and cards never shipped, I asked for refund and they said they do not provide refunds.

I'm a graphic designer and working with different trade printers for last 20 years and I have never experienced anything like this.
Nobody cares and communicates. Worst trade printer ever.
