I got in a accident with no one fault but the driver of the metro bus. Poor service,poor customer service, over charges customers by setting up appointment times minutes before peek rate ends to obtain higher rate of services.POOR!!!!!
So i was told if youre 15 yr kid gets a job they take .Some money from them to ....i would love to knw when the law changed that a young kids gets charged for rent .when they cant even sign papers to rent ....guess Im kinda cause last time i knew an im sure its the same they have to be 18 yrs old before they start paying anything ......so why is that southwest MN dont charge 15 yr olds an you Up here they do but yet they are all the same system i feel i need to call the state of MN an ask or whoever cause now Im so confused on how some ppl run this place
They don't let you know they're moving locations. They don't send letters,emails, or reach out via phone call! When you approach the receptionist she is very smug and short with clients. I just experienced this less than 5 minutes ago and I'm highly disappointed in the service that was provided today
