My mother was hit head-on by a drunk driver. She was in the hospital followed by a stay in a rehabilitation center for three months. It soon became evident there would be a lot to deal with regarding insurance, paperwork, medical bills, etc. It was quickly becoming overwhelming! My son suffered a significant birth injury that requires life long treatment and care. I felt that this was due to negligence and decided to seek a lawyer. In the beginning, Rachel lacked the ability to communicate the process. I ended up being ghosted by her, so decided to leave a review. After the review had been seen, I was contacted by her. They finally got a move on it and asked that I remove my review. After an entire YEAR of waiting on them (and again, a serious lack of communication on Rachel s part) and their expert opinion I was called only to be told that they don t want to take the case, but that maybe another lawyer at a different firm might. Valuable time was wasted, where we could have taken a different approach to help my son had they been upfront in the beginning. This was an incredibly unprofessional experience and a years waste of time. I can t help but feel it was intentional to drag this out, because she didn t like my original review. Typical fishy, money hungry lawyer.
