Merit was great from the start. Their transition of service was executed flawlessly and as a result we didn t have a single dip in production. Best change we ever made and we re only two months in and we re already seeing significant throughput gains as well.
I have been employed by merit for almost 2 yrs. Without a doubt the worst organization in my 30 plus yrs in industry that I have seen. In short... Merit logistics does not pay hazard pay.. Worked 3 Mon in grocery packing house with trucks coming in from covid heavy states... First line of contact....
Very unprofessional. Hierarchy they expect is very old school. Some staff work very hard - others do bare minimum. Extremely low pay and expect u to take on more and more work without additional compensation. Small office with a great deal of drama and gossip.

My brother showed up three times to work and the ma...

They can't hold anyone due to the hours: some days 12hr shifts next day 15 hour shifts. If you like not having a...
DO NOT USE this company! They will take your money and never show up to do the job. The owner is an absolute moron and they are extremely incompetent except to rip you off!

I asked them two weeks later because the dates where inaccurate by what they had told me and they told me it was a typo and basically my fault for not realizing it was ...
