Merit was great from the start. Their transition of service was executed flawlessly and as a result we didn t have a single dip in production. Best change we ever made and we re only two months in and we re already seeing significant throughput gains as well.
I have been employed by merit for almost 2 yrs. Without a doubt the worst organization in my 30 plus yrs in industry that I have seen. In short... Merit logistics does not pay hazard pay.. Worked 3 Mon in grocery packing house with trucks coming in from covid heavy states... First line of contact....
Very unprofessional. Hierarchy they expect is very old school. Some staff work very hard - others do bare minimum. Extremely low pay and expect u to take on more and more work without additional compensation. Small office with a great deal of drama and gossip.
