Applied for a job six weeks ago. Absolutely zero communication from HR/hiring manager. Unfortunately, this is the only impression I have of the company and my withdrawal of candidacy is predicated on their lack of communication and unprofessionalism. Candidates deserve better and presumably, your current employees.

A great company with professional and friendly staff. It's always a pleasure doing business with them.

You will pay way to much to sit on the side of the road for hours!

Gene Cocchiarella made my car buying experience seemless. Was blessed with his ability to make a car deal when all I heard elsewhere was no cars on our lot will work for you. His demeanor was a breathe of fresh air and will definitely be back to see him in the future.

Inquired via email about a few different items I needed information about and received a response in less than a day. Very knowledgeable and professional. A great first impression, especially these days when I'm never sure if a business is still open or if they are transitioning to working from home like my job has (and we're still ironing out the kinks).

I got hired and for the two months I was there, 3 people got fired. One of them was me because I had doctor appointments while pregnant. My manager was fully aware and I was always keeping her in the loop. This place begs for employees but then fires 1-2 people a month. Don t work here, it s a waste of your time.

I called them to get service and the person that answered phone was rude and condescending. If that's how they treat potential customers, I don't want any part of them.

We are a livery company providing ground transportation for the past 33 years. We have been a client of Merchants Fleet for over 8+ years, where we have financed over 60 vehicles. Now that we are facing a terrible situation and the business is gone down the tube since mid March, we asked to defer our payments for 90 days just like a few of other lenders. First, we were told no and we should have enough money to pay for the payments. Then after couple of weeks of back and forth we were told that they will defer the payments for 90 days, however they are raising our interest rate from 4% to 8%. Many creditors have actually waved collecting the interest or if they have to charge, they kept the same rate rather than DOUBLING it!!!!!! NOT fair!!

When Brendan was outside sales he was GREAT!! They brought back Ron for some reason (I don't know why) He's absolutely WORTHLESS!!

These deadbeats don t pay their bills, respond to emails, or phone calls. If your looking to do business with a business who can t pay their bills, and dodge people who owe them money, don t say you weren t warned.
