My building was purchased by marquis about 3 months ago and I can t say enough good things about them. The amount of support given is truly unbelievable. When you talk about top notch leadership it doesn t get much better then Marquis Health Services. They supply you with the tool to do the right things and the support to get the right things done. From top to bottom, this company understand what it takes to take care of people and to take care of the people taken care of people. I am proud to be apart of them and if you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to be part of the marquis family, I highly suggest taking that opportunity.

My father just left one of their facilities in Baltimore. I have been trying to contact the corporate offices for more than a week and cannot get through on the phone and no response by email. My most of my fathers clothes was lost or stolen at this facility, his finger was broken with no explanation, he lost 9 lbs in a month and no one informed me or brought it to my attention, and I have a list of other complaints for which I cant get a response.

Marquis Health Services owns or is in partnership with a nursing and rehabilitation center called Orchard Hill in Towson Maryland. I have recently had a horrendous experience with Orchard Hill,( see my review for that place), and not only did Marquis Health Representatives do nothing to help remedy this wrong, but they made it worse bye discriminating against me for unknown reasons, and by preventing me from getting into this facility which I had been working for, and waiting for, and trying to get in for such a long time, 6 weeks. I had also been told that I have been admitted into this facility by one person who works there, before Marquis Health got involved. And made some excuse about having a partnership with the hospital, by the director of operations Nikki. Just kept saying we cannot accommodate you. And Michael Smith, was trying to fake empathy by listening to my story at first, saying he would help, then turn around out of nowhere and try to say they only help older people, and try to direct me to other facilities. Finally ending up by saying that they were not offering a space for me there, again for some unknown reason, and that they could except whoever they wanted. Horrible Health Service Company!

Amazing company with even better people. Truly a refreshing experience in this industry.

They employ a marketing company that sends SPAM email to my email address, using my email address as the sender. The UNSUBSCRIBE link also sends to my email address.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

I did apply for job as assistant Director of Facilities at Roosevelt rehabilitation and health care at Philadephia. The manager was rude and he wasn t on time for the interview. He wasn t professional. Before any questions he told me the offer for this position is 20K . It was insulting for me and wasting my time .

Horrible company. HR knows nothing about HR. Unprofessional. Uneducated. Unorganized.

I'm a healthcare professional in the DelCo area of Pennsylvania. I am familiar with this company's Cambridge building in Moorestown NJ and Springfield Crossings building in Springfield Pa. It is exciting to see the changes Marquis is bringing to senior living, while also maintaining existing attributes, character and reputation of the senior living communities they have acquired. The professionalism and dedication exhibited by the management and staff that I've dealt with is refreshing and admirable. I'm envious!
