The place was filthy. Two separate employees had no idea what was up. Orders an item on line for pickup.....on line inventory level 5, in store 0!! Will not drive 1&1/2 hours again to go to this store.

Fantastic home improvement superstore. Well laid out and stocked with almost everything you need for your house.

Worst experience ever!!! I was doing a kitchen remodel and they screwed up my order twice leaving me three months behind on my project. They screwed up the returns and overcharged me twice. Then I ordered a fridge and it was defective and froze all my food and condiments. My new floors were also destroyed when they delivered it. I had to go an additional three weeks with no fridge and they didn t compensate me for my time or days wasted trying to deal with all of this. They ruined my whole summer.

Great service from reps, ordered custom sized vanities, very helpfull customer service. They made sure i had every thing i needed to complete the install.

Great number of options, help is always around the corner, and usually can return anything without question. Really helps when you get an occasional "lemon" or something does not work quite right. All in all, Menards is a great place to visit and shop.

Fair prices on things, deceptive advertising. Sign outside says 11% off everything. It is a mail in rebate for in store credit. Yep you get 11% but it is not an "11% sale on everything" as the signage would lead you to believe. Over all an ok experience, the staff are helpful and friendly and the selection and prices are good.

Hardware and lumber are the main products. They sell all types of household merchandise.

I Absolutely Love Menards but I can't ever find the thing's I need. A better sign system should be implemented.

Cheryl in Plumbing helped us purchase my dream tub so easily via email and phone! We got to the store to find out the tub was already pulled and sitting in receiving unboxed so we could inspect it before traveling 3 hours back home! We got to the Order Pickup Desk where David knew exactly why we were there and that we had traveled a long distance! He took us right to the tub and had already put it on a pallet! My husband didn t want the box so David plastic wrapped it while we did some quick shopping so it was all ready when we pulled a around! Great guest service Cheryl and David! A kind gentleman loaded the tub in our truck but my hubby failed to catch his name but he did awesome too! Highly recommend Menards Eau Claire West! Friendly, efficient and helpful!

knowledgeable people most very friendly and helpful and if they don't know the answer they find someone that does know.

The shopping experience was almost too good, the employees were so helpful. I can't say enough good things and hope my next experience isn't expecting too much.

Menards seems to be the one stop shop for just about everything from car care to building materials, although their lumber can be a bit on the less desireable side. I had wanted to pick a coulple 8' 2'x8's and a forklift driver had stopped and asked me if I wanted help and was willing to help me dig threw the pile to help me find what I need.

They are not very well trained in rentals they give you a time limit which is fine but they start it before they are even done with the paperwork and then charge you a late fee

I've been on hold for 28 minutes and have yet to talk to a human. Edit: they answered the second I posted this review.

#menards Menards HORRIBLE customer service. Drove all the way across town to pick something up your sales person told me you had only to be told your counts are off. Asked to talk to a manager and was told counts are off and "it happens" I cannot believe that's how you treat your customers. 17 years in retail and I would never have treated someone that way. I will spread the word!

When they have 11% off they should give it to you at the door

Typical of almost all retail now days, hard to find quality anywhere in the items a person seeks to purchase. Too many items if not all are produced in China. Lumber is low quality also. Sad that we only have this place to buy from but I have found Lowe's and Home Depot are the same as Menards in this regards.

When it comes to tools or Building Supplies, can always find what you're looking for at Menards.

Excellent store for any household chores you need supplies to buy

My Husband & I live in Boyceville, WI and The Menards West that we go to is about 35-40 miles away in Eau Claire WI. We feel it's worth the drive, even though we have a Fleet Farm 15 minutes away from us. It has such a verity of things and the people are very helpful. My Husband always laughs at me because I take my own cart and enjoy myself and check out with a basket full. Thanks Menards for making it such an awesome place even for woman.

The staff is always courteous and I really appreciate their safety policies and product purchase limitations during this pandemic.

I was a little disappointed with the $1.57 meat bag I purchased and unfortunately missed the John Menard meet and greet...overall experience 5 OUT OF 5!

They make it very easy to return items.
But need to work on their record keeping system for items they say are in the store.

Everything I buy from Menards is junk and breaks within a week. Don't buy from this place.

Customer service is outstanding.
Selection and variety of items is over the top.

They had what I needed, this is always a good thing.

The store was clean and they had a very large variety of products!! The prices seemed very nice as well. We didn't find the exact item we were looking for, but we did have help trying to find something that we were hoping would have worked. The staff members was very kind and patient! We also talked to someone else there who was helpful. No one else greeted us though unless we approached them. We'll keep going back though!

We appreciate the safety precautions Menard s has taken during COVID. We appreciate that everyone wears masks and while not everyone takes time to write a review, I ve heard that same appreciation from dozens of others. Thank you, Menard s!
