When it comes to selling your property I feel McCurdy is the way to go

Don t waste your time on their online actions. Lots of people, including myself, spent weeks watching and bidding on items. When the auction closed, no one s bid was accepted. Nothing was sold. We all wasted our time. What a sham.

Auctioneer was in the way so no one could see what was up for bid. Missed on items I was going to bid on.

I purchased several items in there online Autograph Auction. One of the lots the description stated they were autographed pictures but they were actually photo copies. Another one of the lots the pictures did not match what i picked up and several of the items did not pass 3rd party authentication. They clearly have no idea what they are doing and buyers should be very careful when bidding.

The experiance was fun. People were up beat and seemed excited. The auction staff were professional, nice and respectfull. They kept the atmosphere exciting. The only thing I didn't care for was the 10% or $1500 buyer premium.

First investment property auction I have purchased from through McCurdy. Very easy to bid and complete closing process. Will look to buy again in the near future!

Went to a NO MINIMUM Auction (I knew the home owners). No one was bidding so a friend of mine threw out a bid of $150,000. The guy laughed and rolled his eyes and wouldn't tell the main Auctioneer (Owner, Lonny McCurdy) his offer. After 5 mins of still NO BIDDING, he finally said ok, and told the Lonny McCurdy our bid. Lonny then proceeded to call my friend a tight wad over the loud speaker in front of 60+ people. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!! It's a NO MINIMUM AUCTION, GUY JUST WANTED HIS 10% AND DIDN'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING ELSE.

Was very pleased to have my property sold. I felt like the feedback system they used could've been more detailed when potential buyers viewed my home but after several months on the market I'm just glad it sold.

Daniel did a great job through our entire process and I highly recommend him as a real estate agent. Was very personable and knew what he was talking about when it came to real estate.

Attended my first real estate auction with McCurdy and was impressed with the organization and professionalism of the auction as a whole. While I didn't walk away with a property this time, I will certainly return to the next one and take another shot at it. Great online resources and choice of venue was great.

***update**** A month later l attended another auction and scored a house! The process has been very easy and the contacts I have been using have been great with keeping me up to date on closing. Now I have the bug and will likely be at the next one!!! Thanks McCurdy!

Everyone has been so nice and understanding. If the receptionist doesn't know she goes out of her way to find out. I truly appreciate everything!

If you are going to do online auction, you need to have push notifications. I didn't know I got outbid.

Well run and done! Love the online option when I am unable to attend in person.

Had a very good experience working with Ty and Jeremy at McCurdy. We had some issues with the buyer and closing but McCurdy worked to facilitate a solution and move the process forward.

I bought two properties in their November multi-property auction. I had sat on the sidelines in their previous multi-property auction so I could get a feel for what the process was. I can't say enough how easy the whole process was. Everybody I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. At no point did I feel like I was "in the dark" on what the next step was. I will definitely be purchasing properties from McCurdy again!

DON T DO IT! Absolutely the worst experience. From the moment we signed the paper they have failed us. They will claim that you re a team and that you are the boss. As soon as their employees start making mistakes they will cover it every step of the way and admit no fault. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! WORST MISTAKE!!!!!

I would not use McCurdy to sell a property again. Their customer service is poor and they don't seem interested in changing as issues were brought to their attention several times with no discernible change in attitude or process.

Everyone was very professional and helpful from beginning to end. I felt like the exposure/advertising was top notch. The website is easy to navigate and thorough. Enjoyed working with everyone.

After listing the home for auction, we did not hear from Megan McCurdy again. She answered my call on the day of the auction and then, never heard from her again after that. She encouraged us to sell without reserve to generate more interest and overestimated the selling price by $26,000.
