This firm has decent (not superb) results for legal work, but the real problem is their commitment to diversity being a charade. The firm will go out of their way to hire under-qualified individuals just to check a box, not telling the person they are fulfilling some internal quota and have no prospects at career growth. This is frustrating to individuals left to figure this out on their own, then realize they have wasted several years of their career.

I have worker with few legal teams but none of them came even close to McCarthy when it comes to professionalism, attention to detail and tremendous respect to the client.

I felt the need to post a positive review for this law firm. They took the time to prepare a number of Halloween gift bags to be given out to everyone at the homeless shelter on Danforth, all without looking for any kind of fanfare. Businesses willing to give back to their community deserve your patronage!

Terrible company to work for. No support from management or HR and being bully by your supervisor and she getting away with it is disgusting. When I was first hire, I was told that the Supervisor was going to be fire and that they were going to be getting in a new supervisor but instead they hired a new supervisor and kept the old one two. Both management and HR did nothing about it. So I guess they allow being bullying in your work placement.
