Purchased a house from McCaffrey Homes in Clovis back in 2007. While they have fixed issues when I reported them, the persistent problems are exhausting. Recently, a window’s balance mechanism snapped, making it impossible to operate. When I contacted their customer service, I was told the 10-year warranty had expired and I’d have to cover the repair costs. I clarified that I didn’t expect lifetime coverage, but it was disheartening to realize this is the fifth window to fail, and this specific one had actually broken before about nine years ago. For a home priced at $438,000, I expected better durability. Their stance was that I’m on my own, so be aware if you are considering buying from them.

I purchased a home from McCaffrey Homes in Fresno back in 2017, and the experience was outstanding. Their sales team is top-notch, and the mortgage department was fantastic. I really appreciated the consistent customer service throughout the transaction and even after closing. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free. It is clear that Mr. and Mrs. McCaffrey genuinely care about their clients.
