One of the worst company and HR persons, I am applying for QA positions after each and every time they posted. Still now i didnt get any call or email from them! Candidates, Pls dont waste your time on this company and search for a better companies!

If you're a fresher, there are many better options available.. if you can handle to office politics, well and good.. make use if the recruitment.. so think well before taking a decision.. have a few words with someone who has worked here already. Because there is no use crying over spilt milk

I had attended an Interview here with Bala, Suresh and with the CEO Mr Bommi.
I was drilled with a lot of questions. The team was quite good when it comes to setting their expectations. They were also doing a good job in accessing the candidate. I had multiple rounds for the interview, most of them ranging from 30 minutes to 90 minutes for each session.
Although I didnt take up the offer due to personal reasons at that moment, I was still approached by the team quite a few times to consider the offer.

Only con I faced during the interview was, I had to wait for a long time. Otherwise all good.

HR were not responsible during this period also. I won't suggest this company to my friends moreover. Dnt waste your time guys in this company especially interview process.

I strongly recommend not to join such company where they dont even release complete offer letter, if you just say over email you are selected and these are your compensation details does this sufficient for anyone to accept offer. And person name Praveen Kumar one of the most unprofessional person ever seen, Guys i sincerely request not to join such company so are totally unprofessional from releasing offer. Hope people will understand there is a reason why i say this.

I have 15 months experience in amazon non voice process.

Is there any opening available for the non voice?

One of the worst experience of attending the interview with a company which is not sure what exactly they are looking for it took almost 1month to complete all rounds of interview in the due course you will get the update that you are selected and the offer discussion is pending after sending all the documents one fine day another surprise that your profile is not shortlisted, what a joke! They simply make mockery of their own so called process? Not at all recommended for experienced and out station candidates.
