High quality cameras installed with little hassle and have even been accommodating with our questions/additions along the way. Highly recommend this company for all your communication needs.
Excellent service! We moved an office on extermely short notice and Ed was able to help us get everything up and running in a couple of hours. He stayed until everything was tested and working properly. Great job!
Awesome company to work with!! Called and placed an order and they were out here to help the very next week (earlier than promised and even apologized they weren't able to come sooner due to being backed up from COVID jobs). I was nervous to allow them to work during business hours but MAN! they were not only courteous of our schedule, workers & guests but they were also in and out SO quickly. The job was executed beautifully and we are so HAPPY to have our new working phone lines. Not to mention... they also gave me advice on how to get our other lines working (info Verizon should have provided us) but they really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I would recommend Max Communications to anyone looking for some help with their phone lines, they've exceeded our expectations. Thank you, thank you!

We have dealt with MAX Communications for nearly a decade and have used them for three separate phone systems within that time over multiple offices. Each time we decide on a new system, Stan and Ciara are always there to help with upfront education on the platforms plus their responsiveness/availability during and after implementation has always made it smooth transition for the staff and therefore a pain free as possible for management.
