Called and placed an order and they were out here to help the very next week (earlier than promised and even apologized they weren't able to come sooner due to being backed up from COVID jobs). I was nervous to allow them to work during business hours but MAN! they were not only courteous of our schedule, workers & guests but they were also in and out SO quickly. The job was executed beautifully and we are so HAPPY to have our new working phone lines. Not to mention... they also gave me advice on how to get our other lines working (info Verizon should have provided us) but they really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
