Lakeview Motel & Apartments

My family has known the owners for about five years now, and they have always treated us with such kindness and care. We were long-term tenants and truly appreciated their hospitality. I really hope to stay here again someday!

I had a pleasant stay at the Lakeview Motel & Apartments in Massena. The room was tidy and comfortable, which was a plus. However, I have two specific complaints: the lack of a bathroom fan and the mattresses. The beds offered almost no support, and it was easily the worst mattress I have ever experienced. This is particularly frustrating for me since I require a firm mattress for neck and back issues. Aside from these two points, it was a nice place.

I had a wonderful stay at Lakeview Motel & Apartments in Massena. The unit was spotless, cozy, and peaceful. I arrived late, around 10 pm, and the staff thoughtfully called to check on me and provide clear directions. They were incredibly welcoming and offered helpful suggestions without being overbearing. It’s an excellent option for families or extended stays, especially since I had an efficient apartment-style room. If you’re looking to avoid the typical chain hotel vibe, this is a great alternative.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lakeview Motel & Apartments in Massena. Having been here before, we know the rooms are clean and easy to get into, and this visit was no exception. When we arrived, we were told the main building was full and offered an upgrade to an apartment unit. We didn’t know the cost difference until we walked in and realized the space we had was huge, making it well worth it. The experience was incredibly relaxing and fun. The front desk staff were always checking in to see if we needed anything, which was very sweet. We even forgot to leave a tip for the housekeeping team when rushing out for our trip home, but they were so thoughtful that they sent a lovely thank-you note for the gesture. The views from anywhere on the property are stunning. I highly recommend this place and give kudos to the owners and team.
