I had a pleasant stay at the Lakeview Motel & Apartments in Massena. The room was tidy and comfortable, which was a plus. However, I have two specific complaints: the lack of a bathroom fan and the mattresses. The beds offered almost no support, and it was easily the worst mattress I have ever experienced. This is particularly frustrating for me since I require a firm mattress for neck and back issues. Aside from these two points, it was a nice place.
