MAP Health Management is a company who cares about people. The goal and company motto is "to provide a service we would want for our loved ones to have." Peer services not only enhances a person's life, but it changes it. Being a Peer Specialist here is one of the most rewarding careers a person can have. My only wish is that I can have my very own MAP peer specialist - this team is outstanding at what they do.
MAP Health Management is an asset to the recovery community. Establishing a connection with somebody who has an understanding of where you are and the ability to help support and guide you to where you want to be is a precious commodity. Having access to that support 24/7, 365 days a year is priceless!
Map is an amazing place. They not only provide additional support for you, they provide support for your loved ones. They have an after hours line that is great for if you are having a hard time and really need to talk to someone. They have an amazing app! The app has articles with topics surrounding addiction, recovery and mental health. It also has an area where you can "join the conversation" to give and receive advice. There is a section to track your recovery milestones. As well as a gratitude journal. The app is a great way to touch base with MAP employees as well as other members. It is like Social Media but focusing on addiction, recovery and mental health. As a current employee I can truly say that MAP cares about not only their employees but the people involved in the program. I am proud to be a part of this company and stand behind it's mission.
Great company that leverages technology to deliver Peer Support through self-directed recovery.
MAP does impactful work for people in our community for them, talking to someone who has walked a mile in their shoes is almost always helpful. MAP really has harnessed the power of human connection to support people that are facing these difficult challenges.
I worked as an executive at a facility that partnered with MAP for 7+ years. I have seen MAP greatly benefit thousands of patients. Patient's family members are also greatly benefited by the MAP program. Highly recommend.
I have worked at MAP for over 6 years and the mission and people have been a very rewarding experience for me. So many more people are struggling with mental health and substance misuse issues because of the pandemic and we are doing our best to bring access to evidence-based peer support to as many people as possible.
I can t describe how wonderful you guys have helped me. Thank you so much.
