We were on our last day in the city and attended the early service of Hillsong Church.... felt very welcome! Amazing worship!!!

The stage wasn't that nice and some didn't seem to know where anything was like the coat check or the merch tables. One guy was nice enough to find out for me after he didn't even know what I was talking about. The drinks weren't that great. It was my first time there so I don't know if the staff was just having an off night or what but there's just a few scenarios I was like really? Oh and you cant go out for a smoke or anything wish I would have known that beforehand. but other than that it's a beautiful venue

Easy and convenient location. Parking was right next door. Security was really fast.

I lost my phone in the crowd. And was fortunate it was turn in by a concert goer. And management quickly email/called me back with my galaxy s10+ found the next morning. Really awesome!!!

Yes, I love this venue to see concerts and rock shows. General Admission only.

Clean and modern venue. I attended The Manhattan Center for New York Comic Con. The place had easy to get through security and it was very nice. The soft drinks were extremely expensive for such a small plastic cup too. I think it was about $6 or $7 for a small cup of Sprite (Cup was fully filled with ice too, when is said light on ice). Overall good venue.

The venue is nice. They need better elevators and easier access to the bathrooms. The locations were not clearly communicated.

Hammerstein s ballroom is a great place to party. I came here for the masterbeat parties and it was amazing, loved the lights effects, scenography, everything was perfect.

This is where Hillsong NYC has been using to have its church services on most Sundays. Decent venue and located right where there s accessibility to the train

Venue is too small for the panels they put in there, and the entrance is an enormous bottleneck.

I took my fiance to see brett young and geeze, I was blown away. The venue has a personal feeling. Like you can actually get close to the show and still be able to have a great time. The place was sold out but wasn't to crowded. It is definitely a place to see you favorite perfromer!

Always a great venue for concerts, been here twice for The Internet and Vince Staples. Easy to see the stage from anywhere, easy to make your way around.

A decent venue to see guests overflow guests from New York Comic con. Not too great, not too clean. Just ok. Bathrooms definitely need improvement. The maintenance is not too good.

Restroom not ADA comply. Long wait time for limited elevators

Amazing intimate venue! Advice if buying balcony - get there early as there are many spots of obstructed view. We had great seats (unobstructed) and an amazing time!

Amazing to visit Hillsong at the Hammerstein Ballroom every Sunday. The sound system in house moves you and the art work on the ceiling is beautiful. Great venue

I was there for the z100 pepsi lounge and it was a great experience! A lot of the vendors had taken up most of the walking space but the performances were great.

Had a great time at the Ring of Honor NYC Excellence show. Only complaints I have are the seets don't have a lot of leg room and are tight.

I went for Tarkan concert and it is really cool place.
