Hotel location is excellent! Lake view and sea view are very beautiful! To the east, you can visit Guanyin Lotus Garden, Science and Technology Museum, Fisherman's Wharf, etc., tired to go to Jinsha 888 Food World to eat a buffet; north is New Road, not far from the Big Three. There is no shuttle bus in the hotel, but there are free shuttle buses near MGM, Wynn and Star Hotel. It has direct access to the gates, docks, airports, etc. It is very convenient in all directions. And the hotel does not have a casino, it is safe and quiet, there is a casino in MGM, which is adjacent to the hotel, and there is a 24-hour 18-party restaurant that tastes good and the price is very close to the people.

We stayed there for a night. It was fantastic. This hotel really makes our stay very special. The moment the hotel knows it was my hubby' s bday, they decorate the room, give us a bday cake. Give us a momento to celebrate the occasion. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed at Mandarin Oriental for the first time.
The hotel reception staff guided me to the room and responded politely and felt the hospitality.
In addition, there was no casino, so there was no noise in the hall and it was a very relaxing space.
The room is large enough for two people.
The bathtub is adjacent to the window, so it was normal as it was Macau Tower view.
Amenity is good citrus fragrance.

I felt unsatisfactory because breakfast was too big. (It's not good to believe too much.)
French bread and Japanese rice white rice were delicious, but I feel that there was little protein as a whole.
Try the G-floor cafe because the cake is delicious.
To go to the casino, you can go straight to MGM without going outside.
Also, since it is located in Macau City, you can walk around and explore without using a taxi.
I wrote it for a long time, but I think it is a wonderful hotel as a whole.

Now I understand how easy it is to become a "fan" of M.O. We came here for just 1 night to celebrate our anniversary, and I wish we had stayed more. The class, the level of service, the kindness and friendliness of the staff is simply something you are going to remember for years to come. The attention to details is the highest I have ever experienced in my life. And I really have been lucky to stay at several 5-star hotels around the world, but the Mandarin Oriental in Macau has set a really high bar for all other hotels to follow. I felt almost speachless when I found they provided a glasses cleaning cloth and cable reel tapes for my chargers (you can see both in the pics). Which of course I'm going to keep as a cherished memory. We were welcomed as we were regulars (it was my first time at a M.O. as far as I remember) At the check-in, we were welcomed by Mrs. Sun and Mrs J. Babilonia, and the latter not only welcomed us but also brought us to our room which to our surprise was so wonderfully decorated with rose petals on bed and a complimentary cheesecake for our anniversary. In addition to that she was kind enough to take a picture of us and let us have a printed copy to get a fond memory of this moment. At the front desk, a Western guy who I think was the "supervisor" and whose name I didn't take note (I'm not good at remembering names ) was kind enough to teach us about how to reach around some places in Macau and how to make the most out of our short stay.
The room has a fantastic view of the Macau Tower and Taipa side. At night the view is stunning. The staff at the swimming pool was also very attentive and friendly (I don't remember their names sadly). I had also breakfast at MO and even there the staff was very attentive to my requests. The food was extraordinary of course. The room was impressively huge and it has an automated system that is going to open the curtains whenever you come back in. What is sure is that they won another fan in me and this is one of the hotels I'm going to say I will definitely come back to.

It is worthy of being an international five-star hotel. The staff at the front desk are warm and the rooms are comfortable. The swimming pool is heated. The only drawback is that the hotel is closed from the direction of MGM in the evening. It is a little inconvenient to go to the hotel. All others are good.

I stayed overnight in the room with lake view. We arrived at around 12 o'clock, but did an early check in at no additional charge. Hotel original drink of welcome drink was delicious. Amenity shampoo rinse was also very good quality. The view from the window is also good. If you don't mind walking, you can walk to Senado Square. I would like to stay there again.

Mandarin never disappoints. This one is good. I like the spa especially. And the location is also very good. It s within the MGM Grand Macau complex in Macau Peninsular, which is less crowded with tourists comparing with Cotai and packed with interesting spots.

Nonetheless, the WiFi sucks and there is no WiFi connection from your phone to the stereo system so not convenient.

Sets the bar for five star service! Every detail attended to - spent three nights and had a wonderful time. The restaurant was outstanding - thanks for the separate Vegetarian menu! I ended up using the Spa twice - great value! It s right next to and connected to MGM - very convenient. Highly Recommended!

Used for sightseeing in Macao.
The only hotel in Macau with no casino attached.
I think it would be nice if you want to be quiet as much as you rest.
We thought that room, service, amenity were very 5 stars any.
Breakfast was also delicious enough to surprise you!

It was EXCEPTIONAL to stay in Mandarin Oriental Macau. I sent a message to MOM about my partner's dietary issues, received the greatest respond before we arrived and treated wonderfully when we were there. The best experience with hotels by far. Every single staff we met There was warm, kind and happy. We really appreciated, would definitely recommend and wish to go back some day.

Ps. The bar, Vida Rica, has an unusual cocktail menu, all worth a try or many tries. Don't miss it.

Full service, impeccable! For a group of our guests who are not special, Macau Mandarin Oriental also makes us feel like a special VIP. From the reception desk in the first floor lobby, room service, to the restaurant, bar, and all the staff in the pool, everyone smiles warm us. Thank you for chatting with us or just helping us solve the problem. I am honored to meet Mandarin Oriental Macau. If you want to make a small trip to Macau
