The Property Manager (Ryan-female) is highly unprofessional, rude and treats Condo Residents at the Monthly Board meetings in a disrespectful, condescending manner. She is completely out of line & disrespectful to any Resident who asks a question. She actually makes faces when someone asks a question she doesn't like or cannot answer properly. I was a Property Manager and would never, ever treat a Resident the she treats Human Beings. She needs to take some Customer Service classes on how to treat Community Members in a positive manner!!! Do not hire her Company. There was a fire in one of our Community Buildings and now they want to stick the entire Community with a $6,400 "special assessment" because they failed to see a "DONUT HOLE" in the Community Master Insurance!!! They are irresponsible in serving the Community that pays their salary!
