Following a report we could see that a good part of the strawberries came from Poland to control the production costs. Is it justified in this case to display on the pots a French flag, even if the manufacture is very French, especially when we look closely at the growing conditions in these countries of Eastern Europe. We have unfortunately stopped buying these jams considering that there was deception!

Nice little factory shop. Great range of quality products at fair prices. "Grandma" jams 100% French, but also surprising and interesting jams by the association of certain fruits. There are even products without gluten. To visit in order to make your own opinion.

I am for the products of the region. Especially when it's good and it is. However, it is unacceptable that the prices in the store are more expensive than the local Leclerc ..... and on all products (spread, spreadable appetizers ...)

Choice in store very interesting. The products in the set are pretty good and it's a place where I go to offer distant friends products. They have choice and we always find something to take. The reception is however sometimes not always friendly. Without doubt according to the affluence.

Bravo for the chocolate spread, excellent and especially without palm oil, and manufactured at home, consume before the other brand!

My favorite "black cherry and KIRSCH" a real treat, which deserves a little effort from my wallet, efficient pot closing system (maybe not for a monkey, but for me, yes) just tap the edge on a hard surface. I will not wait for pancake season to taste it.

Terrible Customer Service.

I made a complaint nearly two weeks ago in respect of substandard fruit jelly sweets. I have not received a response, despite e-mailing them twice & attaching the original complaints & images of the unopened product.

The sweets are mouldy & clearly not fit for human consumption.

I sent the complaint in English, rather than French as the website is available in both languages, so there can be no excuse.

I usually buy your marinated jam and it is excellent and I recommend it to everyone.
However a small flat, your glass jar has a rim that does not facilitate the opening of the lid because no decision on, I am therefore obliged to pierce the lid with the tip of a can opener and after sealing the said hole with a tape to prevent the oxidation of jam.

I have been a big consumer of your jams for several years now, around 55 jars a year, in addition to the compotes, but I have since noticed that the mixture has changed at the beginning there were no apples and a sugar intake of cane, the composition has changed so the taste, you go organic with the apple, why for more margin !!!

Nutella has only to keep well ... here is the nutella hello lucien! and the white chocolate ... a killer ..... Frankly, and besides, it is unacceptable, but suddenly we buy too much jar suddenly when before we ate little spread lol .... and I think that jam level etc, we will take them too ..... We ordered a carton of 10 Espelette peppers = a treat! We knew the product, hence the order. We received 9 blocks instead of 10, including one damaged. We thank the people of the company for their warm welcome on the phone and their speed to repair the incident. We received a second package within 48 hours with ... 3 blocks (for compensation). Not very appetizing, bought at Carrefour 15min ago I just open the pot and rather blah the consistency! Too bad we will keep the good Nutella with palm oil. Judge, I put two pictures.

I experienced these jams mixed with apples (which mentioned only in lower case letters, which misled me) and I did not like. It was no longer the taste of apricot, nor of the other fruit offered, only a just sweet dough, more stewed than jam. Too bad, the price was attractive!

Beyond the taste, and the preparation of these jams, it is very harmful that the labels of the 320g jars are stuck with an adhesive as resistant as preventing the reuse of the glass jar. This is all the more surprising since distributor jams or those of major brands such as Bonne Maman have passed this milestone and are therefore part of a sustainable approach.

I just bought a Williams pear jam from your brand, I think you forgot the WILLIAMS PEAR. It is not a Williams pear jam but an APPLE marmalade and a little pear I think there is deception, once but not two thanks
