Nice friendly staff, quick to unload, call ahead though. Southwire seems to never inform them of deliveries so they get a lil grumpy when you show up. Tight docks especially when trucks don't consider other drivers.
The computers "went down" when I tried to check out. Attendants had to rescan my item from the showroom floor 3 times. 2 guys are running 1 register and still have no idea how to troubleshoot it. I give the 3 stars to the products and the customer service.
