I have 2 worked as a physician provider with LC.com for 2 years on two separate jobs.
#1. LC.com does not necessarily have a direct relationship with the clinic/hospital. They may be contracting you out through another company such as AHSA
#2. As a physician you are a money making machine for them and that is all you are.
#3. Lack of attention to detail. I called them on a job I was to start on short notice and told them my mother was dying and to please contact the facility to let them know. It was not done. I was called by the facility while I was sitting with my dying mother.
#4. When the CEO of the hospital told the entire medical unit where I worked how much they paid for me (breech of contract), LC.com did nothing about it. I had to go meet with the CEO to let him know how uncomfortable his breech of contract made it for me to continue working there.
#5. Based on a colleagues experience that I was part of at the time, they do not pay you when there is a dispute over hours. They don't even pay the base rate. They went over 6 weeks before they paid this other provider.
#6. Refusal to release me 2 months prior to the end of my 24 month agreement leaving a birthing unit to close its doors and go on divert. They do not care about patients delivering on the side of the road. They do not care about physician contractors or the hospitals where they provide services.
#7. They are not part of the Better Business Bureau
#8. Beware....they will throw you under the bus professionally in a heart beat.

A wonderful company that provides opportunity to hundreds of people in the health care placement field. They have an amazing campus and offer plenty of unique programs for families to participate at the company. A model for other companies to see what you need to do to take care of employees and add value in the marketplace.

Horrible company to work for. Very unorganized and unprofessional. If you're ever thinking of taking a locum job with them, do not do it. Only do it if having your payment being delayed for a month sounds like fun to you. Only do it if when you finally get that check, it bounces. Only do it if the next two checks after also bounce. Only do it if you enjoy the idea of having to risk your life during COVID only to have to hire a lawyer to get paid for risking your life and the work you did.

Providers/Doctors: RUN! RUN! RUN!

Do NOT work for this unethical company. They will try to sneak their way out of paying you and reimbursing you. Their travel accommodations are horrible and they do not properly reimburse you for your costs compared to their competitors. They do not care about you , rather their bottom line and making a buck off you. They are dishonest and unprofessional. They will entice you into jobs and then disappear and then totally ghost you with no correspondence whatsoever. Absolutely no morals from their executives down. Providers check out all of their *Physician* reviews on Glassdoor and Yelp. Be warned and go with companies more reputable such as CompHealth.
